VILLA PLACIDO - DESCRIPTION

This beautiful villa is situated within a minutes walk from Carvoeiro Tennis Club, with glimpses of the sea from all rooms. It is set in beautiful gardens and lawns and has a heated swimming pool. Additional comfort is provided by full air conditioning and recently installed gas central heating. Total privacy and security are assured as access is by electrically operated gates with ample parking for several cars.

The villa faces the sea and the sun and is extremely light and airy. The high ceilings make for cooler temperatures in the heat of the summer. Outside a covered veranda runs the full length of the villa providing welcome shade for sitting or eating. There are patios and lawns for sunbathing and a barbecue area near the pool, which has a separate shower.

The front door opens into a vaulted hallway. To the right, one enters the L-shaped air-conditioned lounge with separate dining area. As throughout, this area is very tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable sofas, beautiful drapes soft furnishings and paintings. There is an open fireplace for logs on those chilly evenings in the winter, Satellite TV, video and CD, Hi-Fi radio.

As with all the rooms in the villa, there are sliding patio doors out onto the veranda (all with security shutters) with views of the garden and on to the sea in the distance.

The dining area has an extending table which can seat up to ten people and is adjacent to the extremely well equipped kitchen with its high quality modern units, electric oven, induction ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a round table with chairs for breakfast. The washing machine is just outside in a utility room.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The master bedroom is a beautifully furnished air-conditioned double bedroom with king-size bed, light coloured fabrics and drapes, original paintings and décor, TV, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and chair.

Patio doors lead to the veranda. The en suite bathroom has a bath/shower, double wash basin and WC. The further two bedrooms are reached from the corridor off the entrance hall where a separate WC is situated. The first is a twin room with fitted cupboards and a small dressing table.
