- The villa has mains water and electricity, gas boiler providing hot water
- Heating/cooling and de-humidification if required is from air-conditioning
with separate remote controls in each room.
- Gas central heating for winter evenings.
- Open fire for burning logs in the lounge
- The pool is heated by means of a heat pump and cleaned and tested weekly
- The garden is also tended weekly and utilises an automatic irrigation system
- The villa is fully alarmed and there is a video intercom for callers to
be observed before being allowed through the gates
- The maid calls three times a week
